David McGuire
My name is David McGuire and I'm back for my 3rd course in the I2CS program (and 3rd with Prof. Johnson) in pursuit of an MCS degree, after a brief (2 year) detour for courting and marriage. I'm currently a Software Engineer at a small Aerospace Engineering firm in Southern California, making modeling and simulation software for the Air Force.
The experience I've had so far in the program has been excellent, since all of the knowledge I've gained has been directly applicable at work. As such, I'm extremely motivated to get as much as I possibly can out of this class, and look forward to pairing with equally motivated students on the class project.
