Lance Gorrell
I'm a first semester ECE grad student studying signal processing and digital communications. I have worked with software-defined radio since getting my BSEE from UIUC in 2003. I live in embedded C++, and I became very interested in design patterns about a year ago. I was delighted to find out that one of the Gang of Four (GoF) authors taught at my alma mater. When I decided to come back for my MS, I knew I had to take an OOD course from Prof. Johnson.Much like everyone else, I have zero background in Smalltalk.
