C Refactory System

We are working on adding refactorings to the automated C refactoring system written by Alehanda Garrido for her PhD thesis. The additional refactorings we have proposed are:
Rename Macro
Change Variable Type
Move Variable Up/Down scope
Rename Function Parameter
